Have you saved the SHSH blops for 3.1.3? If not, you wont be able to downgrade. Why the downgrade though? iOS4 is much better

MC model devices cannot downgrade without SHSH blobs. So sadly, no you cannot downgrade back to 3.1.3 unless you were jailbroken before and saved your SHSH blobs.

I read a new report that say that Apple is signing 4.1 so you can downgrade to that iOS and have a unthetered jailbreak.

Actually Apple stopped signing lower firmwares but that´s why exist this program : iFaith You must login or register to view this content.
