Open Flex, go to the cloud tab and click on the Installed section till "All" appears. Now you'll be able to see all the system apps too, including Cydia. Click on Cydia and install the "Faster Loading" patch from "Konix"(credits go to him btw.). If you want to do it yourself follow these simple steps:

• Go to Patches section
  
• Click on the + in the top-right
  
• Look for "Cydia" and click on it
  
• Now click on "Add Units..."
  
• Click on "Cydia"
  
• After it's loaded click on the >
  
• Search for "-(id) initWithFrame: (CGRect)"
  
• Click on it and set Return Value (id) to (NULL) and Argument #1 to pass-trought
  
• Go back to patches
  

Note: after downloading/creating the patch you have to enable it on the patches section by checking the patch you want.
