Well.. U should update it to iOS 5.. But if 4.3.5 suits u.. you can use redsn0w to jailbreak it.. BUT it will be tethered which means u have to plug ur ipod into the computer for it 2 boot-up.. BUT u can also install semi-tethered that allows u to boot ur device up and just use the stock apps.. such as Music, Videos, Note, Contacts, ect...
