The problems with it ?

There is now no baseband after he tried to downgrade from 4.3 to change the baseband to the ipad one.

From what I've been reading I understand that the baseband chip maybe corrupt and need changing but thought I'd try here
and see if anyone has any positive thoughts or knowledge to aid my attempts before I give it up and call it a day !
