Have you already try restoring because opening the device will end your warranty and should never take that at the first option.

i have already restore and try to jailbreak it and the iphone automatic go to recovery mode

What iPhone you have? If you have the 4S then the auto recovery is a normal thing. :p

Make sure your phone isn't jailbroken, Apple won't service it.

Restore it first then take it to them and they should do some tests and check it for you.
