To release an app on te appstore it cost 100$ but to make an app i know a guy that paid 4 programmers and designer from india it cost 20$ and the app was made if you want a cheap way to have someone to make an app for you this might be the way to go

I just need one made and I can go about posting it and stuff...

What type of app? And any contact info?

An app to sell shoes and able to add categories for each shoe type (ex : Nike > air maxes , etc. ; Jordan's > Retros 1-14 ; adidas > Yeezy boost 350, 750 , etc.) and then able to add to cart and purchase . Just like a basic retail app for shoes
