It is possible all you need to do is update with the 9.1 ipsw then jailbreak the question is how to remove jailbreak without updating.
I just saw that theres an app to remove jailbreak without updating ios, heres is the link to the youtube video

It is called cydia impactor then once you remove the jailbreak you download ios 9.1 ipsw and update with the 9,1 ipsw and then you install 9.1 jailbreak
