Conversation Between Outsider and Cdunn_1999

Hey Outsider....I'm truely sorry to bother you right now, but my NGU account is acting strange. Whenever I try topost something in the shoutbox it posts nothing at all, I can't read any messages that have been sent to me, and I can't view any posts. I don't think it's my computer, but if you know a way I can fix this, please tell me. I have a really important message I need to read, but am unable to read it. I even made this second account...my regualar account "caleb1" is also doing the same thing, so I wasn't sure if I was just the only one haveing these problems or whether it was just something strange going on with myh computer.
