If you looked, there is a save for recruiting consultant. Also the 150 side quest one will most likely unlock the 100 as well, just has to be tested.

Any confirmation that doing the final trophy for things like recruitment/side quests will pop the lower level trophies as well for those activities?

OK, tested and confirmed you can pop all the Arcade trophies with the platinum save by doing 1 of each needed action. Arcade Hunter ( 100 kills)...
