After reading the thread that you had supposedly negged him for, yes, if that truly was the reason. Which part of me thinks that you are negging him because you really do hate him.

The one thread was a valid excuse. Other reasons you have left such as "I do not like you" or things like that is a not a valid reason and one of the many reason's reputation either will be removed or altered yet again.
