You put save game on your memory stick, load xploder and shift the save file from your memory stick to the hard drive. then copy it back across to your memory stick. Then put the memory stick into your ps3, copy over your saved file then load up the game. Once the game loads and starts to read the save file the trophies will pop.

I just loaded the save using xploder and once on the ps3 loaded the game. I waited about 10 secs and the the trophies just started popping up.
Very simple and extremly time saving
