Every time I open any app, it prompts me that it's a trial. So all I need is a serial. We can do that right?

Enzo, seriously need help at this point.
Once finished downloading, you got off and I was didn't know what to do so I just used the trial.
Instinctually, the first thing I opened was Photoshop and it prompted me that it was only a trial, etc. Will it be like that everytime I open a different app? Or is it just that one prompt? Also, I would be able to upgrade to full with a serial right? And you could give me that, right?
