Actually, I know that you can make custom craft scrips in the new world edit. Although I don't know how, there probably is a way you could save your structure as a craft script and assign it to a command and create it in your new world. I'm actually curious as to how this would work so I'll get back to you if it figure it out.

Select your house with the wand tool, //save WhateverYouWantToCallIt then go to your other save game and //load WhateverNameYouChose.

Hang on.. No.

Use the wand tool to select what you want to copy to your other save
Then type
    //copy

Then type
    //save Name

Then go to your other world
Then type
    //load Name

Then type
    //paste

Whilst standing where you want to paste it.

In MCEdit, Select the entire structure, then click copy. In the top corner it should ask you to save. Save it and then open the new world. Then click import, select where you want it and press enter. Then save it (Control S I think)
