I want to do this so people can join me without needing hamachi or am i wrong? + how do i make my minecraft server "Creative" where i can do whatever i want as an admin?

You need to port forward to not use hamachi. As for making it creative, thats in the default settings and you can change that easily.

Well firstly You must portforward, If you dont know what that is then go to You must login or register to view this content. and select your router then the game you need to port-forward. Afterwards your server should be able to run without the need of hamachi. If you want it to be creative mode then go into your server.PROPERTIES file and change the line that says
"gamemode=0"
to
"gamemode=1"
That will make it so that when anyone joins the server then they are in creative.
If you just want yourself in creative mode, make sure your op and do the command
"/gamemode (yourname) 1"
If you want to do more things on your server such as have plugins or mods, get craftbukkit at bukkit.org
Atm they are developing the software for 1.0 so you can run the server on 1.8.1 or get a dev-build.
