It is up. You download that file, then replace the minecraft.jar in the bin folder with the one I supply.

If you use MinecraftLauncher.jar as opposed to Minecraft.exe(or.jar) then when you login you have the option to not update, meaning you can play online with old versions.
Many servers are sticking w/ 1.3 btw, since 1.4 is buggy as ****.

1.4 is much more buggyer then 1.3_01. The spawns fail, the wolfs are a main cause of the buggyness.
