You will have enough, just allocate 2 - 3gb ram to minecraft, I allocated 1gb ram and I get 60 - 150 fps usually lingering around 80 ~ 110 with Hd texture packs.

So you should be more then fine.

Depends on the graphics card. Those specs will easily push past the 2 digit barrier and go off into the hundreds.

What GPU did you get? You listed your motherboard under "GPU" haha.

Also why the i7-2600 and not the 2600K with the unlocked multiplier? If you get the 2600K instead, you'll be able to overclock the crap out of it. I have a 2600K OC'd to 4.5GHz + GTX 560Ti 2048MB (975MHz core clock) + 16GB of RAM, and I get anywhere from ~200 to 800 FPS with graphics on fancy and smooth lighting/advanced OpenGL on. Even with a 256x256 texture pack I can get ~300 FPS.

Edit: Also I noticed you picked relatively expensive components but went cheap on your PSU. It looks a bit too weak. Never skimp on your PSU, cheap PSUs explode and will fry everything. Get a Corsair, Seasonic or Antec PSU and make sure it's 80+ gold, silver or bronze certified. For your setup I'd go for a 750W at least.

I have a pc with weaker CPU and I get almost 300fps sometimes. Your PC will kick Minecraft's ass.
