Recent twitter conversations have released valuable information about getting banned for inappropriate emblems. Here is a conversation between Stepto and JohnJohn39923.

This isn't anything new. People couldn't make their clan tags Nazi in the previous titles. The entire concept of Nazi Germany is something that many people feel strongly about, and henceforth it makes perfect sense that this would be prohibited.
It's not as though this is the first time we've heard of this sort of thing.

In zombies you're killing... wait for it: nazi zombies. To put it as your emblem would, however, would seem as though you're affiliating yourself with them. It's just an emblem, and to me shouldn't really be taken so seriously, but nonetheless I can see why they'd prohibit it. Putting them on a map that is meant to represent an area in Germany is only logical.
