Guerrilla Games has revealed that with the preorder of Killzone 3, you get a token for the Retro Map Pack DLC. This map pack includes "thoroughly updated and reworked" versions of 'Salamun Market' and 'Blood Gracht' from its predecessor, Killzone 2.
Killzone 3 is scheduled for release on February 22, as a PlayStation 3 exclusive. An open multiplayer beta was released yesterday and a single player demo will be launched on February 15, with PlayStation Plus subscribers getting it earlier on February 8.
Calm down guys. They are nothing like Infinity Ward. They're not charging $15 dollars for this. It's just a pre-order bonus. You're practically paying nothing, you just have to reserve it..
It's not "already on the disc", it's from the last game. It's a good thing not a bad thing. So lighten up..
Plus you don't just get a map pack for pre-ordering. If you pre-order from Amazon you get a code for 3 unlock points with the maps and if you pre-order from game stop you get an "unlock everything" code that works for 24 hours.
Now think about it.. that's a hell of a lot more than COD ever offered... AND IT'S FREE.

And why do everyone keep saying "uhhh, so uncreative to take maps from old games" and so on. I enjoyed the MW2 maps from CoD4 more then any of the other DLC maps, its a way for the developers to attract more of the old fanbase.
Im looking farward to these maps, cus im preordering naow =D
