All the problems happening with Sony doesn't seem to be showing any signs of ending. Sony have managed to get the PlayStation Store up for those in the United States and those in Europe without any problems, however for those of you that are trying to change your passwords can't because Sony's website's down.

It causes much problems for the users of PlayStation as when you think everything's now under control and everything's resuming back to where it was before it got hacked another problem occurs.

Since the PlayStation Network has came back you have to change your passwords the first time you log in due the hacking as personal details where taken. Depending on your console, some of you can change your passwords directly from your console but for the rest of the users you have to change it on their website, now for those who have to change it from Sony's websites will find that they have to confirm it via a message being sent to your email asking you to verify, however the message contains a link that activates your account however the links contain to be offline and do not work.

We contacted Sony customer services to find out any information regarding this, and we were told that the service would be resumed as ‘soon as possible’ and that Sony are ‘working hard to fix the problem’. The fact that this has gone unnoticed and the fact that there doesn’t appear to be any official word from Sony on the PS Blogs is a bit worrying to say the least.

What are your thoughts on this? If you had a chance to contact Sony what would you say? Are you having the same problems? Please tell me what you think.
