After months of intense lawyers versus lawyers battles in a Swedish court, the battle between Mojang(developer of Minecraft) and Bethesda(developer of Elder Scroll series) is finally over. The decision did not give any of the sides a complete victory, but instead gave both sides a little bit of what they wanted. Here's the decision in a nutshell:

-Mojang can use the word 'Scrolls' for their upcoming game, but Bethesda still holds the rights to the word.
-Mojang is not allowed to use the word 'Scrolls' for any sequels for the game "Scrolls." However Mojang is allowed to use the word 'Scrolls' for any expansion pack after the game is released.
-Bethesda can still sue Mojang if anything in Mojang's upcoming game is considered competition to 'The Elder Scrolls' series.

What do you think of the decision the court issued? Thankfully at the end of the day all of these lawyers can finally afford their new Ferrari!
