cant say any think is for sure but if i were gonna venture a guess about the story its probably gonna have two main charters based on the time line cause threes no way your gonna be playing as woods the whole way or hell i wouldn't put it pass trearch having some sort of time travel elements in cosdering that your best friend in bo 1 was a hallucination. plus i just want to add when did trey-arch acquire the rights for future warfare i herd activision had bought the rights but i didn't think trey-arch had got them first i guess this is a game changer for trey-arch if they did. i just home they finally updated the game engine in bo2 the used the cod4 game engine in w@w and bo so it be nice if they improved on that plus they did a great job on the graphics.
I'm not trying to be rude, but seriously, what kind of nonsense is this? Start up your original Black Ops game, then start up your original Modern Warfare (or 2/3) and on all games you get the Activision badge followed by the Treyarch or Infinity Ward badges respectively (depending on what game you load up).
This is because Activision is the Publisher of Call Of Duty and owns all rights to Call Of Duty. However, there are 2 developer companies which develop the respective Modern Warfare and Black Ops series (as well as W@W for Treyarch). This is because, to deliver on the promise of giving us a new Call Of Duty each year, one developing studio is always working on a new game whilst the other is in play.
A game can be whatever the developers decide they want it to be, nobody owns the right to futuristic gameplay, only to titles. Since Activision owns all rights to Call Of Duty, it makes no difference whether Treyarch or Infinity Ward develop an individual game, they can do whatever they want with it in terms of when the game is set.
