It is not all his own work, however; it is based on fail0verflow's PS3Tools, which until now was only able to be used via a command line. His tool, which allows developers to decompile and recompile PUP files and other Playstation-related files, is an absolute must-have for anyone who may be interested in developing for the PS3 scene, and it's definitely an important piece of software that anyone who has a jailbroken Playstation 3 should have.
In this version, he's included quite a few new features, including adding a dev_flash and dev_flash3 dumper. He's also removed the conf editor, unnecessary buttons and made it overall a much sleeker GUI. He's added an "other tools" part to the kit too, and made it much faster. He's also reduced its memory requirements by 4mb. The update also has several bug fixes, one of which stops the random CMD screen appearing, and another two that tackle a permissions glitch and a memory bug.
It really is an amazing piece of software, and I recommend everyone to take at least a five minute look at it.

- Sign pkg files for 3.55 or 3.41.
- UnSELF a file.
- Build SELF a file.
- Whenever a tar file is modified, it's permissions need to be set, this tool can do that for you. fix the tar file for the following FW. retail fw up to 3.72, debug fw up to 3.72 and retail and debug fw 4.0.
