To enter the promo code go load up the game and go to My Madden and enter it there! Do not enter it in PS3 or Xbox Live store.

make sure you pick the console and also make sure you put enough numbers or letters to fill up the text box .. i just tried it again and it works with just putting random everything lol .. if it doesnt work after doing this for you let me know what console ..

I was just doing something wrong lol, my bad. I got one to redeem on Xbox, but after the first one I entered fresh codes and it said "feature already used" so does that mean you can only use one pack a day... or..?
