December 15th, 2016 is the date you should be marking on your calendar, as Nintendo is making it's handheld Mario debut on iPhone's and iPad's everywhere with
Super Mario Run for just $10.00 USD. This is some great news, considering the last big thing we heard about the title was at the Apple event in September, which was the initial announcement of the title.
Nintendo is approaching the handheld scene with something different: a one-time fee to access all of the games' features, meaning there will be no DLC or in-app purchases.
For those of you who don't think you want to buy the game right off the bat, that's okay! A free demo including three sample game modes will be available for you to get a feel of what the game has to offer. One of these free game modes will be competitive, where you'll be faced against other players online, while another is an endless battle with countless levels, where you fight until the time goes out.
Super Mario Run will be available in 151 different countries, spanning across English, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian and traditional Chinese. This is truly an international launch led by Nintendo.
