I have went to the settings > connections and edited one connection and it said I needed a user name, password, & a domain. Where do I find those at?

I know nothing of that phone, sorry mate.
You should be able to get the manufacturers number on the phone battery.
When you find it, type it into the Net. It should give you the phone details on the webpage hopefully.
Another option is to look for the Phone manual, It should tell you in that. :p
