I have tried to edit a few modded game saves with spec ops Mod menus on them to get the checker boarded map to have the Cfg infection on it but failed

So im here to ask for help or if any one has knowledge on if this is possible or not.
( Please dont hate becuz i use CFG :/ )

Yeah^^ its possible,but aerosoul will not release it,because it will ruin mw2 completly

Yes. It's been made but unreleased. Keep trying dude you may just get lucky and figure a way and take complete credit for it.

It is possible, just not going to be released. You should find a way to mod it
