And also is there a certain version of ccapi i should use on ita 4.50 if im using cex any advice would help

U need to check ur debug settings and make sure the are correct. Search on google for the debug settings to rtm otherwise u wont connect. Also u would need targert manager installed on ur laptop to rtm on dex
