Hi ,
I Release my tool today , i'm working on it since 2 week ago.
It's just for fun , don't flame if you hate this.
I had to do write this thread in ELITE Section , BUT it's not possible because everyone will post my tool on another website.
What the tool can it do ?:
-Set XP has much Game Mode.
-Load a Modded Eboot and inject new mods on it.
-Create .ELF File , Write mods on it , and Encrypt in .bin File for your region.
-Set Custom Message.
Information :
- Don't Remove the .iMCSx File, else you cannot create the Eboot.elf.
- This tool work only with the 1.23 DEFAULT_MP.ELF
- Once you have load your elf or created your elf , The new file is created in the directory "Application Folder"

NOTE : I have found how to remove the XP Limit for the host , i don't have put this in my tool because i want know if everyone want this...

Yea i understand , But there are much people who steal other eboot , and they edited it. (Decrypt Custom .BIN , Edit .ELF, and Re-Encrypt in .BIN File)
So , i have thinked this method , for make our own eboot with a good program.
We can write more tutorial for help community "How to mod the Default_mp.elf Manually" , same if i know BuC-ShoTz has already posted this , we can explain other explanarion for IDA.

1- Download this app.
2- Run this app.
3- Choose your XP & Mods.
4- Click on Create EBOOT , and check the checkBox "Make .BIN" and write your region (exemple BLES01429 for France)
5- Copy & replace the new eboot in your PS3 with FTP server.
6- Run MW3
7- Profit ?

I only wanted a real uav eboot without anyother staff as xp,knockout,bigplayers names..only uav ebooot and ur tool cant offer it..can u make one for us please? That will be coool dude..

In the next update, can you add like real UAV hack like CodGlitcherz? And also, the teamchange/Godmode option like in Jarni's Prestige Eboot, also the Steady Aim needs fixing, so does the Javlin, but really good job!
