... I'm here to bring you my latest modding tool I have been working on lately which gave me a headache, but anyways I hope you guys enjoy the tool as much as I enjoyed making it "kind of" 
This MPDATA Editor will let you customize your stats and classes to your liking and will even unlock every challenge, accolades, and weapon challenges.
Well here are some picture on how the tool will look like:

How To Use:
- Well first you will have to make or copy a save from splitscreen.
- Start up my editor and find the save data folder.
- Edit the save however you please.
- Save all changes made.
- Copy back to PS3 and you should be good to go.
- If you cant save your gamesave, then make sure you have all the files that came with the tool in the .RAR file.
If you have any problems or bugs, please send me a PM ("Private Message")

ohh general tip there's a way to make your online profile to copy your split screen stats and stuff which I won't tell
you got to figure it out yourself.. it's kind of like MW2 back in the day

you got to figure it out yourself.. it's kind of like MW2 back in the day

ooooooooook, since evrybody is fucking wondering how to do it, ill spoon feed you all, download the BLES or BLUS error file he has provided in the bottom of the post, seen as you are all blind, go onto MW3 and load your online profile, back out and go to split screen and create a new user named 'reg' and copy it to your USB, copy the error file WHICH IS RESIGNED TO YOUR ACCOUNT ID AND BLES/BLUS CODE ON THE SPINE OF YOUR GAME COVER to the USB>PS3>SAVEDATA folder. load the "Err" file on your USB to your PS3 and your modified "Reg" file to your USB and copy them to your PS3. run MW3 again and go online, back out to split screen once again and load the "err" profile, it will bring you back to the main menu again (the multiplayer menu that is) go into Play Online and back out again and load the "reg" game data and it should apply to your online profile. this method worked for me, and if it doesnt work for you, dont complain and say "it doesnt work" i hope you all find what you are looking for. seriously, people have to learn how to do things themselves once in a while...
