Hi ,
I saw today there has been a new update (1.24) for mw3 then i have update the tool for everyone who have liked this application. I have also fix some bug , and i haven't change a lots the design , i don't have the motivation , it's a old application.
What the tool can it do ?:
-Set XP has much Game Mode.
-Load a Modded Eboot and inject new mods on it.
-Create .ELF File , Write mods on it , and Encrypt in .bin File for your region.
-Encrypt Your Eboot With Keys 3.55 Or 3.60+ (For 4.21/4.30 CFW !)
-Encrypt Debug (FSELFED)
-Decrypt .self , .bin , fself's.
-Set Custom Message.
-Super Force Hosting.
-Some Fun Modz.
Information :
- Please , read the .txt file in my pack .rar for get some infos.
- Don't Remove the .iMCSx File, else you cannot create the Eboot.elf.
- This tool work only with the 1.24 DEFAULT_MP.ELF
- Once you have load your elf or created your new .BIN , The new file is created in the directory "Application Folder"
- Once the application running , all additionnal file will be automatically extracted on your Application Folder.
- When you close this application , all additionnal file extracted will be deleted

hey nice job bro.but i need help with something its for mw3? my eboots are not working im using 1.24 eboot builder but when i load them they just dont work do i need a 1.24 pkg file or something or do i just use the update that the game gives me? im on 4.30.2 rebug im also on CEX

Can you help me? Windows 8 wont let network 3.5 download. Supposedly its required to make the eboot builder run

Saludos a todos y gracias por la atención.
Cuando hago un eboot con eboot builder 1.5.0.0 consigo 50000 puntos de xp. Al salir del lobby desaparecen y no cuentan para subir de nivel de prestigio. Pero he descubierto que si consigo una muerte y salgo del lobby si que me los suma.
El servidor tiene un limite max. de puntos de xp y si los sobrepaso no suma aunque active la casilla de remove xp limit host. Hay alguna forma de que me sumen los puntos sin salir del lobby?.

problema
desde que me he pasado a dex y creo un eboot para forzar host no me encuentra partida se queda como si buscara y no sale ni porcentaje de búsqueda ni nada y si me uno a alguien si juego pero no soy host y no puedo usar rtm,si cambio por un eboot que no fuerce host funciona bien pero el rtm funciona al 50% no me dejar ser inmune ect solo poner laser ect.....mi duda es si hay que configurar algo de menú debub settings que no quiero tocar xq ya me causo un brik que solucione estoy cfw 4.21 ita con spoof 4.46

You should try adding the DEX2CEX mods Bad Luck Brian converted. I want to use these mods online, but I wanna change my name ingame so Infinity Ward don't know who is modding!
