hi,i had the same problem,add a exclusion in your antivírus,worked fine for me.

also try disableing Skype also try extracting it from the folder to the desktop And run It as admin btw its the1337crew

You must extarct it inside a folder with ccapi.dll

You can't not get a refund, because its not the creators problems, its your computer/antivirus.

Figured out it was something to do with the hosts file. Got it sorted thanks anyways guys
