Hello NGU
Today i release my MW3 Spec Ops/Single Player All Trophies Unlocker
It does full 100% unlock
"This only works for Local Clients meaning Player 2 on Spec Ops online will not get any of this"

SV_GameSendServerCommand is local client's only unless you find out the right way to call it for it to work with other client's
it just like any other cod with R_SetFrameFog lol

For MW2 you can use a save to unlock all trophies.

You can do what red eye said or use this
And for GTAIV there is mod menu to do the same

I can't seem to get this to work for me after i connect and attach i click unlock all trophies no trophies pop up for me.
