Installation Tutorial

Create a file called "NGU_ELITE.txt" and inside, place your elite key in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. (Make sure you do not have any spaces.)
Place your elite key and the Defcon9.sprx file in /dev_hdd0/tmp/
Place the EBOOT.BIN file in your MW3 USDIR Directory.
Done! Open using L1+DPAD UP, Select using SQUARE and exit using R3

Keep in mind that this is not host menu, this is supposed to be phantom, this can be compared to offhost phantom but it is still way better.

Would be cool if you could create a host menu with rank/de-rank feature like Phantom since it's elite. Just a thought.

No, but you will also have access to Sabotage's GTA Menu, the Black Ops 2 version we are making, and all the other games we are working on.
