  1. You must login or register to view this content.
  2. Create a file called "NGU_ELITE.txt" and inside, place your elite key in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. (Make sure you do not have any spaces.)
  3. Place your elite key and the Defcon9.sprx file in /dev_hdd0/tmp/
  4. Place the EBOOT.BIN file in your MW3 USDIR Directory.
  5. Done! Open using L1+DPAD UP, Select using SQUARE and exit using R3
