I dont play mw3 so I am not 100% sure, but I am 90% sure that there would be some sort of anti-ban you could get to reduce the chances of ban to almost 0%.

samething is happing to me also i cant play mw3 on any account it lets me play but once i sign out and go back on that account it gets banned

I was getting banned alot and found out it was from modding mw3 most people report you on that game.
