I use psnpatch and psninja and im on DEX 4.75 and it works fine when I use the disk game

I have a debug eboot and sometimes i use a gsc mod menu

It should work.

If it doesn't, then either try to re-install the updates or delete the game from multi-man and re-install.

I had the same problem, it would only work without using PSNpatch

Just disable Cobra and get the latest version of PSNpatch if you don't have it already
