Install visual studio's and find a base, HostOnly has a nice base.

You will need a compiler to get your code together. If you want to create your own menu, you will need to make sure you know how to program. I suggest learning C#/C++ if you want to get into game modding. You will need it, but there are a ton of bases out on the internet. You can find most code on NextGenUpdate. Just make sure you show credits if you use someone else's code
