• Building Phase: April 2nd - April 26th
  
• Voting Phase: April 27th - April 30st

Rules for MSOTM 4

• Creations must be done in the default texture pack
  
• No modifications to enhance visual appeal or functionality. Modifications such as TooManyItems however are permitted.
  
• No premades
  
• Cooperative creations are not allowed
  
• Creative mode is permitted. As is survival. It is your choice on what mode you pick.
  
• Your video must follow NGU Youtube guidelines. Any questions on the guidelines can be taken to Reaper
  
• All discussion must remain in the discussion thread.

"Game Characters" Really?
I've entered just about ALL of the MSOTM's
AND I spent hours on my entries only to come out that that months MSOTM died. So I wasted hours at a time doing something for nothing

Now the themes are becoming TOO easy and winners are based on a popularity contest.

The winner of last month's "TreeHouses" didn't even use the default texture pack and won.
This runner up entry used copyrighted music


MSOTM really is a joke now, there is not enough cooperative members on NGU to compete in this competition which makes this a waste of time now.

I'm not some butthurt fag. Im giving my honest opinion to this situation and i need other members to understand what I am trying to say.

If you want to suggest themes go ahead in the sticky thread.. the only time MSOTM ever got a lot of entries was when it was pixel art, whenever there was themes that make people actually work they don't enter which makes nobody win.. I'm open to any suggestions you may have but until people seem to get more interested in it we will have to stick to easier themes.

Nobody really seems to be entering this one :/ maybe edit the thread to make sure no one is and maybe change it? I'll have a go at some other ones.

You should do a month of just general builds, e.g. buildings people have made, I'm not into pixel art/game characters but not sure about anyone else either...

I suppose it's best to get rid of this. There have been less and less people participating (no one has contributed yet) and plus Merkii is no longer staff :fa:
