If someone told me this, then I would of laughed at them and called them stupid! But yes it is true, a NES games console has sold on ebay for an astonishing amount of money, $50,000 to be precise.

The NES and 42 games were seen on ebay, with an insanely high buy it now price of $35,000. The NES bundle came with nothing too spectacular, but the seller was asking for help to pay some bills and stop living paycheck to paycheck. The seller also claimed that his NES was his most prized possession.

The eBay seller of this product was Ronald3868 who is almost certain to be parting ways with his NES. $15,000 over the buy it now price was bid! A shock to everyone it seems.

So if you have an old NES and some games lurking around, get them put on ebay. Winky Winky

What do you think to this?
Have you got a NES?

holy crap, 50g's? dang that's a lot of money for an old school console, but then again we are talking about the NES, those were some very good times, and some frustrating times too. but i wouldn't sell my NES, it was a what i grew up with and surely it's gonna die with me. when i say over my dead body i mean it lol. but yeah my nes works but need some mods, like the charger had to be modded with different one cuz it would always over heat and what not. though i got a wii it's not the same as on the NES. ohh well really 50g's man they really want that NES don't they. whew
