Graphics Designer and Video Producer Needed

As you may know, recently I took over the YouTube team and have been running youtube applications (which will be ongoing until we have a solid team of 5-6 members, so there will be no official closing date).

Now what I'm looking for is a Graphics Designer and Video Producer, I think both roles are pretty self explanatory but I should point out that this will not entail making cliche montages. If you feel your skills at making montages could be readily applied to a role which doesn't involve this (but involves good sony vegas/final cut pro editing skills) then feel free to apply too.

I'm not going to be running official applications, simply post below with a link to your portfolio (if you don't have one just link several examples of your work) and your best piece. This is two staff positions, if you are picked you will be promoted to the YouTube team.

What would you be looking for in the graphics design? I have decent knowledge with adobe flash and photoshop?

Well here goes nothing :P Also I have Sony Vegas and Adobe after effects, but I am not at a skill level where I feel worthy of applying.

I don't know if its my best, but its something. I might re-post this later.

I do a lot of promotional work and so on. Usually my style is very clean and high quality.

I mean we've all seen it with News/Media. This is just gonna be another add on to that. And yea you're right, you can't prevent that from happening, but its something that will happen.
