just run the game before using the trainer. And use it before it get's pached.

Numpad 2:Infinite Ammo
Numpad 3:no reload
Numpad 4:infinite bullet time
Numpad 5:infinte painkillers
Numpad 0:One hit kills << i tried this and my game went stuck, try it maybe it would work for u.

I take no credits for making the trainer just figured it out would work for multiplayer and tested by me it works fine. and i never use god mode because i would be detected for hacking the game.
