I was looking into this computer tell me if its good or which one you guys recommend

The only way to get what you want at that budget would be too build a budget gaming pc with a fx cpu and a gtx 750ti/260x

Need a good CPU and pre built systems don't provide the best. You could build a FX 6300 build for around that price maybe even make it upgraded with the right parts.

if you go desktop route your gonna have trouble keeping under 400 unless you go intergrated gpu which you will want a fm2+ platform but a 750-ti is a better choice if you want a dedi card that isnt to expensive its great at overclocking
