If it was your account that was hacked then just recover the account, it's really not hard. In your recovery request just tell them to check your ips (this still going with the idea it was your account that was hacked) and when they see yours is the ip where the account was created and now suddenly a new IP is using it they will lock the account and give it back to you. As for asking for stuff in your first ever post, that's not advised.

I really want to consider you recovering your account because it is so easy if you're the real owner or some guy just gave it and now he wants it back.
