I'm making the first RTM for PC that is similar in length and style to those developed for console use. It will have anything changeable in the game so you can edit any DVARs and offsets as part of the RTM. Some things used on console cannot be implemented into the game on Steam due to the difference in the protection and use of data stored in the game (dedicated server). PC also has the mod menus created for use among any platform as well (gscr). I can help find those if you are interested.

For black ops 2 mods on steam just use GSC studio and look for a patch there's plenty of them released.
