If you mean Host Menu Yes it is in Almost any Menu there is an Force Host Option! enable that in custom games and then go Online You should have Host and You can Now Mod online Smile

otherwise if you mean a nonhost then get a sprx and install it Enjoy

Yes, just go get GSC studio and it has a injection option for PC, it should work perfectly afterwards...
