So Far I Have Replaced Some of The Cars, Textures, and Weapons.
The Modded Game Is Going Too Be Made Due Too Some People Are Too Lazy Too Mod It Them Selfs or Dont Know How Too
So Far I Have Made The Games Textures Look More Realistic, I Will Not Be Putting An ENB On The Game Due Too Some Peoples Computers May Crash/Stop Responding or Lag With The ENB. The ENB Could Be Too Intense For Some Peoples Computer
A ENB Is Something Too Enhance The Graphics/Textures Of The Game Such As Shadows, Textures, Lighting, Rain and so on
It Is Really Easy Too Mod If You Need Any Help Just Message Me

But when the EBN is enabled wont it use up more GPU ?

Yeah if the ENB is enabled it will use alot more CPU power depending on what one you use... such as high end PC ENBs will give you like 10fps on a PC 2.0Ghz and bellow
ENBs are a major problem with FPS on GTA(s) because the CPU power it relys on
