*2 PS3s, firmware 3.41 and 3.42(latest)
*PSJailbreak
*Ethernet cable or other data transfer cable

i am sure he is bothered he has a jailbreak so the chance of him updating his ps3 willingly is slim.

This is a bug in system 3.42, sony will patch data tranfer utillity in firmware 3.50, you only will be able to transfer your data to a ps3 that has the same firmware. 3.42 was just a quick patch to patch PSJailbreak usb port.

Yeah they will patch it in 3.50 now that it's been leaked.

So if I transfer my data from my 60GB 3.41 PS3 to my 80GB 3.42 PS3, will the 80GB have normal online or will it be hacked because of the patch?
