and replace ur current one and have a patch that has 11th prestige option

Also clearly you don't host challenge lobbies or you wouldn't be retarded as much to be asking for a 11th prestige patch which you would know doesn't exist. /facepalm 11th prestige is not achieved by pressing 11th prestige in a mod menu, it is much more detailed than that. You wouldn't know though.
