Thanks but r u sure that the new OFW won't delete our FTP Server and backupmanager?

Well hacking while signed out of PSN makes no difference because the log file is saved on the HDD. not on PSN Servers, but the new update might send the log file on your HDD to Sony. But the chances of them doing this is low. because if they ban people from going online, or bricking there consoles, they with have lots of lawsuits to deal with.

and plus i dont think sony will use the ban hammer unless we hack BO
mw2 is considered dead to alot of people :O

Stop spreading ****ing Rumors. You can't patch a CFW. And Sony WON'T brick us.
The best thing I could possibly think that sony could possibly do is make a new update that stops people from Updating to new Firmware via storage media. And even if they did to that it won't stop people who already jailbroke...And then months later a new dongle will come out jailbreaking those ps3s...then after that the next generation of consoles will come out and no-one care anymore.
