This is good BUT call them again and ask for the guys name. That way sony can check the records of this guys calls and it will be confirmed that you have been told you can not get banned.

I am going to email them as well, this was we will have a written document and a voice recording of sony help employees telling us we can not get banned for CFW back ups IF they are your games.
